Anxiety by Dr Mark Cross

I know how debilitating it is as I have been diagnosed with a few different anxiety disorders. ⠀

I love to read as much as I can about anxiety to educate myself about my conditions.⠀

I watched a documentary a few years ago called Changing Minds. It was a brilliant series about mental health services and patients at a Sydney hospital. The likeable psychiatrist, Dr Mark Cross, was so wonderful with his patients. I had no idea that Dr Cross also has anxiety. ⠀

He has written a book called Anxiety. It explores types of anxiety, causes and common triggers, therapies and treatment, anxiety at work and navigating the health systems. He also discusses his own experiences with anxiety.⠀

Anxiety by Dr Mark Cross is available now. Published by ABC Books. Click the here for more information.
